Run Regedit;
Check direktory : HKEY_CURRENT/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrenrVersion/Policies/Explorer. In this directory will there are 2 file : (Default) and NoDriveTypeAutorun. If there is file beside 2 the file, you have delete that file.

- Too much reading application when start up;

Too much garbage file
We don't install the program of too much because this is take the space computer so that computer become slower.
This garbage file is file at recycle bin, cookies, history IE, backup file, file temporary, etc. When we delete the file which not used, that is not automatically the file will be deleted from hard disk. That file move to folder recycle bin, and we can take to return the file if that file still used. We have to deleted the file in recycle bin.

Too much reading application when start up
Some software when first time installed to provide to choice that is icon enhanced at Desktop and icon enhanced at Taskbar Quick Launch. Shall non require to put down the icon program at Taskbar Quick Launch, that becoming burden of computer system because that have to provide the separate memory.
This matter will slow down the computer activity. Deactivating application which is not used.

That is part of computer which must be there is personal computer (PC). Keyboard is not connected with personal computer .. so BIOS computer will be give warning message that no keyboard connected at your personal computer. Compiled key of character in keyboard is same of compile key of character in typewriter. Keyboard is one of input hardware. With keyboard.. we can used function’s personal computer with better effectively and also use function in office. Example.. we can use function with press Ctrl + Alt + Del for reboot your personal computer. In office.. we can press Ctrl + O for open document, Ctrl + S for save document, Ctrl + P for print document.
For setting document, we can press Ctrl + I for italic character, Ctrl + B for bold character, etc..
Beside it’s.., we can use function Alt key for shortcut … example we can press key Alt + E + C for copy document/cell, Alt + E + S for function copy special. With function Alt dan Ctrl we can lessening mouse.
Basically… if we are used shortcut function of Ctrl and Alt key… we can work better, better and better effectively. This is my experience use the function shortcut.
There are various type keyboard in market, but keyboard for Windows is popular choice in this time. Because this keyboard use standard key, also various function for shortcut.

To save file, we can use by :

Please install two hard disk (hard disk for installing and hard disk source program);
Turn on computer;
Wait … up to prompt A>, write E: or f: and press enter button;
Change directory into source program, example: cd\master\win98 or cd\driver\win98;
Write Setup or Install and press enter button;
The same process, for next question .. please select Next up to finish, exception if you want different selection, please you modify.

Until install windows…, system may be not yet automatic detection any hardware.
So… we must install this hardware with compatible driver.
This processing is :

Turn on computer, wait… up to windows menu and open windows explore;
Insert CD Driver Motherboard;
Click/select my computer;
Double Click CD Rom (otherwise…, double click Setup or Install);
Wait… until install menu, select menu for install hardware;

Connect computer with printer;
Click Start, Setting, Printer;
Select Add Printer, and click Next;
If type printer have been available in windows, select compatible Printer;
But … type printer have not been available in windows, insert Driver Printer into Disk Drive or CD Room, than select Have Disk and system reading from Drive A or CD Room.
Continue process… in principle than select/click Next;
For windows ‘95/98 will be use Windows Driver, and system reading from directory windows driver, Example : d:\win98 or d:\driver\win98 or d:\master\win98.

Insert Diskette DOS into Drive A;
Turn on computer;
Wait… up to prompt A> please write : fdisk and press Enter button;
Select and press key 1 (Create partition) then press Enter button;
Select and press key 1 (Primary) then press Enter button;
System will be detect hard disk’s capacity;
Will be question, what hard disk will be capacuty used as all primary ? if you select “Y”, so all hard disk will be used as primary, but if you select “N” : (1) Will be exit capacity hard disk for primary, please edit with your requirement and press Enter button; (2) Select and press key 1 (Create partition) and press Enter button; (3) Select and press key 2 and press Enter button; (4) System will be detected capacity of hard disk unused and will be unused capacity hard disk, so press Enter button (if you want two partition);

Wait … up to ending process;
Press Esc/Escape button for exit to prompt A>;
Turn off computer;
Turn on computer;
