- Windows 98: 24,791 bytes

Solution
You have to make the new file win.com by extract of file win.cnf from CD Windows. The following step :
1. extract of File win.cnf from CD Windows to folder C:\Windows. As for situation of file win.cnf is : [At] Windows 95 lay in by file Win95_03.Cab at Windows 98 lay in file Win98_28.Cab;
2. After extract later then change name of win.cnf become the win.com. Its way : ren c:\windows\win.cnf c:\windows\win.com;
3. Last restart your computer
